SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak periods or sales events, processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-Orders Pre-order items are shipped once stock arrives from the manufacturer. Estimated arrival dates are provided on the product page and are subject to change. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may hold the entire order or ship in separate parcels.

Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide via AusPost. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days
  • Express: 1–3 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping We currently [do/do not] ship internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Packaging All items are carefully packaged to protect collectibles, figures, and model kits during transit. Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@OneStopAnime.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos of any damage.

Click & Collect Click & Collect is available at our Melbourne CBD store. Select this option at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
